The location is fantastic, conveniently close to the town, ferry terminal, city center, and a seafood restaurant.

The location was STUNNING and particularly good, really close to the restaurant as well as great Facilities and activities available. The staff were very very nice, everything was very convenient during our stay.

Great pool, parking on site. Well cleaned rooms and down pillows. Great breakfast served with delicious food.

Excellent hotel, staff really go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcome. Room was air conditioned and comfortable, food was excellent. Big pool, lots of activities going on. The ten pin bowling alley was great.

Not really good to go anywhere else outside the hotel, no beach and def not advisable to swim in the sea! Needs a chest of drawers in the room, couldn't really unpack for a week as can't hang underwear on coat hangers!

Quite a distance from city centre, thus need to incur sizeable amount of expenses travelling to Nagoya. Slightly cheaper if taking Harris shuttle service.

The breakfast here is absolutely amazing, and the staff is really helpful. the rooms are spacious and stylish, equipped with an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and air conditioning. ☀️.

Totally recommend this place and would love to stay here again. Loved my really good stay in 1 night. All the employees were helpful and caring. The location in a very industrial area was perfect and there were shopping malls and a market nearby. I checked out Pelabuhan Marina, that was set within easy walking distance of the property. Distance to the airport was just 19 miles.

The building is extremely clean. the resort has a particularly good location right by malls in town. the sea food restaurant offers excellent food quality. the resort is conveniently located near town and the ferry terminal.

The general decor and cleanliness is good. The pool is nice. The staff are friendly. The water sports centre is run by a third party next door to the hotel and this was also very good. Staff are friendly, food prices are a little cheaper than the hotel.

I was expecting to be charged in USD as per the reservation but then I was told I will be charged in Rupiah at a rate that I could not tell was good or bad. I understand now that this is local practice but then the quoted rate to me should have been in Rupiah. Other than the pool and the gym, the facilities are is need of a major overhaul. It all looks very tired and dated and does not match the rest of the hotel at all. We stayed in the new section. I was surprised that we had to pay very high rates and in Singapore dollars for everything that we wanted to do. A reflection that this hotel is really catering for the Singapore market. We even had to pay for the inflatable mats in the pool but they would not allow me to charge this to my room or give me a receipt. So, is this a scam run by the pool boys ! The amount was low so I did not bother to follow up.

The staff service is excellent. I think they were really trained for customer service..and really friendly. Even my daughter (4 years old) noticed that and she's so happy. The food are also good but a little bit expensive.

It is far from the shopping area. It's like you're incubated in the hotel area.

Great location - everything we wanted to see was just a short walk away. the room was nice and modern, and had all the essentials like a mini fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe 👍.

Would like to see more shade around the children's pool. Very enjoyable stay. We would come back. Our main reason for trying hotel was the fact that Bintan was booked with a conference for the weekend. We have always gone to Bintan. We would definitely consider coming to Batam again. Ease of ferry use and location in Singapore was a definite plus. For Bintan we have to take a cab for Batam can take the MRT. Pros and cons for both resorts.

Only downside which was very minimal, in the evening for a short period there was a sewer like odor. We couldn't figure if it came from the beach water or where. It was near the end towards the bowling alley.

The staff is very frenly n my kids really enjoyz that is y I keep comin back n dis is my fifth time.Thank u Harris 4 d pleasant stay-:)
